The mortgage process what happens next

    Your intermediary will submit your application to the lender for processing. They may contact you to confirm the validity of your application.

    Approval

    Our mortgage application will be assessed and if approved, an offer will be made. The intermediary will receive a copy of the offer letter, and will be in contact to arrange an appointment to go through it together.

  • Funds Released

    Funds released

    Once you have signed the mortgage offer, the lender will then proceed to send a copy of the offer to your solicitor who will then advise you on the legal aspects and any conditions of the mortgage offer. The solicitor will then proceed to request the drawdown of funds from the lender, at the appropriate time when they have all their legal obligations met for your application.

  • Meet with the Mortgage Broker

    Meet with the mortgage broker

    Complete face-to-face application with the mortgage intermediary who will give you advice on the mortgage products. We will then gather all the required information for the lender to be able to process your application, and its imperative that we receive the correct documentation to process your application when requested.
